Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy (PT) is a non-surgical approach to the rehabilitation of dysfunctions in the pelvis that contribute to bowel, bladder, sexual health, and pelvic pain complaints. Treatment may include behavioral strategies, manual therapy, modalities, therapeutic exercises, and/or functional retraining. The Pelvic Floor Therapist will use appropriate treatment methods based on patient feedback.

"In the middle of recovering from rotator cuff surgery, COVID hit...and I continued to receive the exceptional, kind, healing PT virtually that I experienced at the clinic. Sean and his team never missed a step in getting me back to feeling like new. I know how committed Sean was to keeping clients like me from feeling the impact of shelter in place and I will be forever grateful. SPT in South Asheville is in a class of its own!"
